Alli is the co-founder of The Equity Practice, a consulting firm that supports organizations in redesigning their work practices with liberatory principles so everyone can thrive. Alli has over two decades of experience advising over 150 teams and organizations and has worked at The Bridgespan Group, Teach For America, and other nonprofits. Alli holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University, an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, and is a Public Voices Fellow through The OpEd Project.
