Bettina is the CEO and founder of Hugo Mentors, and is developing a number of initiatives to bring mentorship to under-resourced populations. For Father's Day, she wrote a remembrance of her Dad, who taught her the importance of mentorship firsthand. He was a legendary figure in NYC's real estate world, but always made time to offer guidance to young brokers—and wound up mentoring her son, inspiring him to major in Urban Planning and start his own career in real estate. He inspired her as well, to start a business to bring mentorship to more young people in the way that he did for her son. Today she's dedicated herself to extending the benefits of mentorship to as wide an audience as possible.
