Freddie Bailey, Labour Councillor and Cabinet Member for Community Wealth Building, he was first elected to Preston City Council in 2018 and is the youngest Cabinet Member elected in Lancashire. Freddie became involved in politics because he wanted to make a difference in the city he grew up in. Big Aston Villa fan too.
