Ginger Liu reveals some fun facts and quirky truths about herself:

🍽  What person living or dead would you invite to your dream dinner party and why?

My dad because he died 25 years ago and I want to ask him so many questions about his life. He spent the first 25 years of his life in China and lived in Shanghai when the Japanese occupied it during WW2. He eventually fled the country and the Communists in 1948 and came to England. He later brought his family to America for a new life.

I would like him to complete his unfinished autobiography.

🐈  What is your spirit animal?

Although not originally from America, the domestic cat is still a spirit animal. Like the cat, I am independent and adventurous, seek company and solitude in equal measure, have a relaxed connection with the self, and am usually keen to explore the unknown.

🎶 What is your theme song?

“California Soul” by Marlena Shaw

🇨🇳 Where is the best destination you’ve been to and why?

China. There’s just so much going on, which is a feast for the eyes!

🌳 If you had one wish to improve the world, what would you change?

I would stop humans from destroying the animal and plant world.

❤️ Name three self-care practices you have adopted to treat yourself well.

Very hot and long baths. Trail running. A healthy diet.
